我是谁 Who I Am
我是 Liang Haowen。MBTI 从 ENFJ 变到 INFJ 又变成 ENFP（虽然我觉得 INFJ 的描述比较符合我自己）。
喜欢到自然的地方去旅游，比如在澳大利亚和袋鼠拳击（假的，但我超爱袋鼠，觉得它们特别能躺平，所以我的博客网站 logo 是袋鼠）；拍照，主要是拍飞机，经常带着相机出门然后根本懒得拿出来，拍了照片一直攒着懒得导图和修图；会把拍的照片做成明信片，可以找我互寄，也可直接带回信地址寄到我写在下面的邮政信箱；至于运动，自行车/摩托车、滑冰、羽毛球、游泳，都挺菜；各种电影纪录片电视剧都看；还喜欢吃（几乎所有能吃的）东西；剧本杀、桌游，算入门级玩家吧，重在参与……
本科香港理工大学，2023 年秋季入学，民航运输工程学。2025 年的下半年在澳大利亚布里斯班的格里菲斯大学交换。在做民航人为因素的研究，感兴趣的范围包括人机工效学、心理学等与人相关的、影响民航运行安全的话题。有空中交通管制模拟机设计、基于模拟飞行程序的软件开发的经验。
一些我觉得非常有成就感的事：初中的时候成功申办了全校第一个由初中生主办的社团，民航社；高中时撰写 APⓇComputer Science A 完整的学习笔记发布在博客上，现在看来当时的写作技巧好潦草，还是很佩服我自己能坚持更新好几个月；高中还发起并成功落地一项应急设施完善与急救技能推广项目；作为抽样调查督导参加西南财经大学中国家庭金融调查项目，耗时一个月到访中国 4 个省份的 15 个社区带队进行抽样工作。结合航空领域的专业背景和过往的非盈利组织项目经验，日后非常想到民航业的国际组织工作，例如 ICAO 或者 IATA，或者在其他机构从事民航安全政策方面的工作。
I am Liang Haowen. My MBTI has shifted from ENFJ to INFJ and then to ENFP (although I feel that the INFJ description fits me better).
I enjoy traveling to natural places, such as boxing with kangaroos in Australia (not true, but I really love kangaroos and think they are especially good at “lying flat,” which is why my blog logo is a kangaroo); photography, mainly airplanes. I often go out with a camera and then can’t be bothered to take it out, and after taking photos I keep piling them up and procrastinate on exporting and editing the photos; I turn my photos into postcards, so you can reach out to exchange postcards with me, or simply include a return address sending postcards to the PO box listed below, and I’ll mail one back; as for sports, cycling/motorcycling, ice skating, badminton, and swimming. Enjoying playing all these sports, but do never expect that I am an expert; I watch all kinds of movies, documentaries, and TV series; I also love eating (almost everything edible); and for Ju Ben Sha (script kill) games and board games, I’m more of an entry-level player, participation matters most…
Undergraduate student at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, 2023 cohort, majoring in Air Transport Engineering. In the second half of 2025, I was an exchange student at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia. I am engaged in research on civil aviation human factors, with interests spanning human factors and ergonomics, psychology, and other human-centered topics that influence civil aviation operational safety. I have experience in air traffic control simulator design and software development based on simulated flight procedures.
Some things I find particularly fulfilling: in middle school, I successfully founded and registered the first student-run club on campus organized by a junior high student, the Civil Aviation Club; in high school, I wrote a complete set of APⓇ Computer Science A study notes and published them on my blog. Looking back, the writing was quite rough, but I still admire myself for continuously updating it for several months; also in high school, I initiated and successfully implemented a project to improve emergency facilities and promote first-aid skills; I participated as a sampling team supervisor in the China Household Finance Survey project at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, spending one month leading sampling work across 15 communities in 4 provinces in China. Combining my academic background in aviation with prior experience in non-profit organization projects, I aspire to work for international organizations in the civil aviation sector, such as ICAO or IATA, or to engage in civil aviation safety policy work in other institutions in the future.

- 这个博客自 2022 年 5 月 6 日起开始运行。This blog has been running since May 6, 2022.
- 2025 年 6 月，感觉原有的页面设计略显复杂，且Wordpress搭建的网站加载速度实在有限，于是使用Hexo重构，现在好看多了。 In June 2025, I felt that the original page design was somewhat overly complex, and the loading speed of the WordPress-built site was rather limited, so I rebuilt it using Hexo, and it now looks much better.
